The Tusculum restaurant in Karlovy Vary is looking for a chef or cook who cares about what they put on the plate. The restaurant is part of the family-run company Sedlecký kaolin and is supported by its own organic farm. We cook with fresh seasonal ingredients and aim to connect honesty with flavour.

Our menu changes with the seasons, we respect culinary craft and value lively kitchen dynamics. We’re not about “just getting through a shift” – we want someone who shares our values and brings energy into the kitchen.
