Clean Advantage® Certificate for 2023: Sedlec Kaolin confirms its commitment to sustainability

It is with great pleasure that we are pleased to announce that we have been awarded the Clean Advantage® Certificate for 2023 again this year. 

We are proud to announce that we will be able to continue to meet our 2020 Advantage 2020 target for CO2 offsets.

As a participant in the Clean Advantage® program, we successfully contributed to offsetting 41,425 kilograms of CO2 in 2023. This was achieved by investing in certified carbon offset projects both locally and internationally. These projects are selected based on strict criteria set by the World Resources Institute (WRI).

Our path to sustainability
We aim to innovate with an environmentally responsible approach. The company implements various environmental initiatives, including CO2 offsetting, resource efficiency, reclamation of mining areas and the introduction of modern technological practices that have minimal negative impact on nature.
