Protection of whistleblowers

In accordance with Directive 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 on the protection of whistleblowers (the "Directive"), we would like to inform you that Sedlecky Kaolin a.s. (hereinafter referred to as SK), as an obliged entity, has established its own internal whistleblowing system to fulfil this purpose.
